Currently I have 2 sizes of pouch, the small one was designed to carry one passport, folded boarding passes, and immigration cards. The big one was designed to carry all things needed for travelling, which are two passports, boarding passes (full size), train or bus or any credit card sizes cards, immigration cards, ID card or namecard, folded A4 or Letter sized paper (maybe for your printed e-ticket or hotel voucher, and pen.

SMALL TRAVELLING POUCH

Can hold: one passport, folded boarding passes, immigration cards, and one magnetic card (buses, or trains, any credit-card sized card) on back of the pouch.
LARGE TRAVELLING POUCH

Can hold: two passport, full sized boarding passes, immigration cards, 3 credit card sized cards, ID card or business card, folded A4 or Letter sized paper (maybe your printed e-ticket or hotel voucher), pen, and one magnetic card (buses, or trains, any credit-card sized card) on back of the pouch.
Below picture is to show about magnetic card on back of the pouch. Some country uses magnetic tapping card for train, buses, ferry, and any other. With this design you don't need to take off the card from your pouch, you can tap your back of the pouch directly to the magnetic reader stand without needs to take off the card. The magnetic reader will be able to detect it thru the leather. This is very practical and speed up you trip.
